Please be advised that the 94th Annual General Meeting of the Virginia Golf Club will be held at the Club on Monday, 25th November 2024, commencing at 7.30. pm. All members are invited to attend.
The Club’s Annual Report for 2023/24 year has been completed and can be viewed by clicking HERE. Printed copies of the Annual Report are available from the Administration office at the Club.
The minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting can be viewed by clicking HERE. Members will be requested to endorse the 2023 meeting minutes during the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Members are also advised that as there will be an election process undertaken for some Director positions for the 24/25 year, which will be conducted by mail, any member eligible to vote in a club election who has recently changed their mailing address and has not yet advised the Club is asked to contact the club asap.
