This years Opening Day and celebrations will kick off on Sunday January 8, 2023.
Event celebrations are set to start from 11:00am with registration through the golf shop and BBQ Sausage Sizzle from 11:15am on the main Terrace area with light refreshments in the Club House.
The event is an Elimination Scramble with a shotgun start at 12:30pm sharp, the entry fee for the event is $35.00pp and this includes the BBQ Sausage Sizzle, light refreshments and post golf Buffet Dinner from 6:00pm and lots of prizes.
Players in all VGC Member categories are invited to play in the Opening Day competition and take part in the daily festivities. The theme for the event is “Bright Shirt” so be sure to get the most colourful outfit you can find and bring it down.
