Dear Members,
Just another quick update on course conditions today, and golf for the next few days. After further rain on the weekend and showers this am, obviously the course is very wet and effectively unplayable.
Tomorrow’s competition (single stableford & seniors events) have been cancelled. It is unlikely the course will be suitable for even walking social golf tomorrow or for Wednesday. We will keep members informed progressively as we move through the week. We all know the course recovers very quickly when we can get some sun and a breeze, but at of this am, it is very, very wet. We do not need any more rain.
The club House and Bistro remain open along with the practice putting green, that’s about it today at least.
