The 2024 Closing Day & Champions Dinner – in conjunction with the Friendship Cup will be held on Sunday November 17, 2024.
Event Details: This year’s event is a 4BBB Stableford, prizes will be awarded in three team categories of Men’s, Women’s and Mixed. The NTP’s prizes will be in each Men’s and Women’s categories.
Festivities begin with a sausage sizzle and light refreshments from 11:15am on the main Terrace area of the club-house. The event will start with a 12:30pm shotgun start to kick things off. The entry fee is $40.00 per player which includes pre-game sausage sizzle & refreshments, prizes and the post-game dinner following golf.
Players in ALL VGC Member categories are invited to play in the competition for the same entry fee. The time sheet for this event will open on Tuesday 5 November at 4:00pm, all golf bookings must be made through this online time sheet for a tee time. This event is a pre-paid event, all bookings must be paid in full by Sunday 10th November 2024. This can be done in person through the Office or via Ph: 3267 6333.
In recognition of the achievements of Members in 2024 the Virginia Golf Club will again host the annual Champions Dinner in-conjunction with the event and festivities. The night will include a scrumptious buffet and the chance to celebrate the major event winners for 2024. Additional guests are welcome at $25.00pp for the dinner. Those members that are unable to play golf and would like to come along to the Dinner from 5:30pm onwards can do so by booking through the office at any time. All reservations for Dinner must be paid prior to the event.
