Dear Members, another periodic update on a few matters:
- Membership survey. Thank you to the 317 members who completed the membership survey conducted in July. Information from the survey is extremely helpful to the Club’s Board & Management in planning for the future. There are some limitations on the reporting features of the free software we used for the survey, largely in pagination so apologies that this presentation is somewhat sub-optimal but it does include all the survey information. - Green renovations. As members may be aware, from tomorrow Tuesday 4th October, we will be undertaking the usual greens renovation process. As a result, the Main course will be closed at least for Tuesday & Wednesday and possibly Thursday this week, please call the Golf Shop to check on main course play on Thursday if required. During the period, the Heritage 9 will be available for member comps & social play.
- Cart Bookings. Members are asked to ensure that they book carts for rounds if required (via timesheet or with Pro shop) most particularly for Saturday & Sunday play. If carts are pre booked, we will be able to ensure a cart is available for you when required.
- Members are asked to please avoid (as far as if practicable) booking social golf guests into the competition fields, most particularly new or novice players as this can hold fields up on busy days. It would be preferred that members guests who do not wish to play competition be booked at other times for social play.
