The 2022 Men’s Club Championships has come to a conclusion with Steve Sinclair dominating like he has been doing for the past 10 years in this event. Another solid four rounds to show his dominance at the top a super effort Steve. Well done also to Mitch Daly, Allard Bernhofen, Ethan Anderson and Greg Tagg for a good contest in A Grade.
A Grade: Steve Sinclair “eight is great but nine is divine”, a solid win today once again Steve takes the title with scores of 75-76-71-72 total 294, six shots clear from Mitch Daly 81-73-73-73 total 300 deserved winners at the top there. B Grade: Todd Allen has blitzed B Grade to take out the title uncontested in the end with scores of 82-78-82-86 total 328 well clear from the chasers next back Laurie (Lozza) Ponticello with scores of 88-82-88-84 total 342 and Tana Palmer next with 91-82-82-88 total 343. C Grade: Dean MacPherson “small double shot FW” a deserved winner in C Grade, started the day three shots back and has stormed home to take the title and with scores of 92-92-96-95 total 375 a good effort. Three players Greg Clibborn R/up ocb Chris Butterworth and Paul Gablonski all tied for second place on 377 and close finish. The full Gross result can be seen here. Seniors: A big swing in the seniors with Allard Bernhofen storming home to win the scores of 76-72-78-79 total 305 from Greg Tagg 74-74-75-86 total 309. The full result can be seen here.
Juniors: Eathan Anderson has won the Juniors with four solid rounds of 74-79-79-75 total 307 form Nick Harley 91-84-90-86 total 351, with Peter Rose third, well done to all juniors who competed. The full result can be seen here.
Curlew Cup: Wayne Brand has taken out the Curlew Cup, with scores of 79-75 over four 9 Hole rounds and a Nett score of 140 has won from Tim Bellette 88-87 and a nett score of 143. Well done to Wayne for the win. The full result can be seen here.
Women’s Weekend Championships: Kea Schwarz has once again proved to good taking out the Weekend Championships by eight shots with scores of 81-89 total 170 from Aly Antonio 88-90 total 178.
