Local rule E- 8.1
Construction area on former 28th hole
The area defined by fencing or stakes on the right of the fairway on 15th hole, on the
right of the fairway on 16th hole, the rear of the 17th green, and the rear of the 18th
teeing area is a No Play Zone.
This area is to be treated as an abnormal course condition. Free relief must be taken
from interference by the No play Zone under rule 16.1f.
