Dear Members,
As you would be well aware that there have been a number of events that have been impacted by the recent weather events not only at VGC but in the general SEQ golf community.
In light of this we will be moving the mixed foursomes to Sunday 3rd July, the Ladies Pennant events are just one that have been impacted and thus meaning their matches would clash with the original date ruling out any ladies that are involved with pennants.
A number voiced concern on missing the opportunity to play in the VGC mixed foursomes and with that in mind we have decided to move the fixture to get the best possible turn out.
Please all remember that this year we have decided to make it a 18 holes event which should hopefully mean greater participation. So make sure you get your partner and jump onto the time sheet once opened.
The foursomes time sheet will be released this Friday 17th June at 4:00pm and the cost for the event is $15.00pp. This is a rolling start off the 1st tee, don’t miss out!
