Today sure was a busy day for all members involved with some big Honour Board events being contested throughout the day.
The Virginia Cup Single Stroke was played and won by Don McLauchlan with a great Nett score of 67. Also played in-conjunction was the Monthly Medal for May and the graded winners were.
In A Grade Don McLauchlan with a score of 67 Nett, B Grade Chris Buckley with a Nett score of 69 and in C Grade Nick Harley also with a Nett score of 68 were the winners.
The Captain’s Trophy Match Play Qualifying was also part of the events today with the top 8 Men’s Nett scores qualifying for the Match Play rounds. The draw can be seen by clicking here.
The Ladies Flo-Buck Cup was played over 36 holes and today being the final round. With two solid rounds of 76 – 74 total 150 saw Sonya Hilder win ocb from Kris Thomsen also with a total of 150 with rounds of 71 – 79, congratulations Sonia the Flo Buck Cup winner for 2020.
